A necessary condition for the successful comprehensive restructuring of the Ústí Region is the ability of key actors in the region to respond to modern trends in the economy and society as a whole. ICUK plays an irreplaceable role of initiator and mediator between private institutions and state and non-state actors leading to the fulfilment of the above.
